I saw this for some reason on Amazon, as I wasn't even looking, and checked the few out that they had available. This one had the best reviews so I ordered it. Came faster than it said it would, which was a plus. Gave it to my daughter right away, had to explain what it was!! They put it right on the seat belt. The first time I was able to see the little one in her booster seat with the pillow was over the weekend and asked my daughter if it worked or not. She said that the 3 yr old loved it!! My granddaughter had heard the question and promptly put her head on the pillow and said "MY pillow!!!". What a joy that this type of help is available now.
